- The E. Sixth Street is devastated by a fire and is burned to the ground.
- 6th Street Store Moves and Opens on Lousiana St.
- Bouncing back quickly from the fire, R&E Supply opens a store on 1509 Louisiana St in Little Rock
1955
- R&E Supply Moves to Spring St
- R&E Supply moves to 1222 Spring Street in Little Rock. This location becomes the company headquarters.
1960
- Spring Street Expansion
- 4000 square feet of warehouse space is added to the Spring Street location in Little Rock.
- R&E Supply 25th Anniversary

- R&E Supply Opens Branch in Pine Bluff
- R&E Supply expands beyond Little Rock with a new location on 406 Mulberry Street in Pine Bluff.

- R&E Supply Opens 2nd Branch in Little Rock on Young Road
- R&E Supply opens its second Little Rock store on 6715 Young Road and continues to serve the greater Little Rock area to this day.

- R&E Supply purchased the former Copy Systems building at 13 and Broadway for additional space for the Spring Street location. In addition, a 10,000 square foot addition for the Sheet Metal Department was completed.
